Hello, my name is Leonor Felisa Gubuan-Dojoles!
As a Lead Food Technologist, Certified Food Scientist accredited by the International Food Science Certification Commission (IFSCC), and a licensed Professional Food Technologist, I bring over 20 years of experience in food science, technology, and manufacturing.
With a strong foundation as an entrepreneur—having successfully operated a juice processing plant, as well as a restaurant and bakery business—I offer both technical expertise and real-world business insight. These credentials reflect my commitment to the highest standards of technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and globally aligned food safety and quality systems. This unique combination ensures that solutions are not only scientifically sound, but also practical, cost-effective, and market-driven.
I provide end-to-end, science-based solutions for food businesses—from concept development to full-scale commercial operations. My core expertise includes product development, food safety systems (cGMP, HACCP, SSOP, Halal), quality assurance, process optimization, and regulatory compliance.
I support a wide range of clients, including food manufacturing plants, commissaries, restaurants, and start-ups across the Philippines.
As Lead Consultant of Elgregor, Inc., I have led numerous projects involving plant design and set-up, process and product standardization, shelf-life studies, laboratory and food analysis, and the successful facilitation of regulatory requirements such as License to Operate (LTO) and Certificate of Product Registration (CPR).
My work is grounded in practical application, ensuring that businesses achieve operational efficiency while meeting strict food safety and quality standards.
I have also been involved in innovation-driven projects, including the development of technologies for which a patent application has been pursued.
My background also includes leadership roles in food manufacturing, consultancy engagements with the Department of Science and Technology, and academic experience as a Lecturer in Food Safety at the University of the Philippines Visayas.
I hold a Master of Science in Food Science from the University of the Philippines Diliman, reinforcing my strong foundation in research, innovation, and applied food technology.
